Johnson && Johnson Sales and Logistics Company, LLC is seeking a Display Project Planner in Fort Washington, PA. This individual will be responsible for the supply planning, timeline management, purchasing, assembly and distribution of promotional displays and special pack projects. This individual will ensure that promotions are assembled on time, within budget and manufactured to GMP specifications and delivered to the distribution center and customer. The Display Project Planner will partner with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply and Demand, Customer Logistics, Print Buying, and Display Contractors to execute display programs. The scope of sales managed by this role is approximately $ 4-5 MM. The Display Project Planner will issue bid requests, obtain quotations, and negotiate costs from co-packing vendors for all promotional display and special pack programs. This individual will develop innovative and cost effective displays within budget by managing development and design of promotional displays and products. Finally, this individual will create sales comps for national and custom promotions, as required for presentation, and sell them in to key accounts. It is preferred that this candidate will have a Bachelor's degree. A minimum of 3 year of general business experience is required. At least 3 years of experience in Sales planning, Supply Chain Planning, Project Management, Customer Service and/or internal operations is preferred. Knowledge of at least one of the following is required: production planning, current industry standards, market trends for promotional display and packaging designs; multiple areas is preferred. Experience with Six Sigma/Process Excellence tools, training and/or certification is preferred. Experience with SAP is preferred. Full life-cycle project management is preferred. Experience with Excel is required and experience with Microsoft Project is preferred. Consumer Products Industry experience is preferred. Experience in Manufacturing, Transportation, Distribution, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and/or Contract Sites is preferred.The ability to communicate and interact effectively across many internal departments is required. This candidate will have the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and priorities effectively, with minimal supervision. Additionally, this candidate will be able to work in an ever-changing matrix environment. This candidate will be able to travel 10% of the time domestically, as required by business.
