Senior Consultant

Enterey is a consulting firm within the Life Sciences industry.  Our consultants are experienced in Biotechnology, Medical Device, and Pharmaceutical companies. 

Enterey is seeking a Senior Consultant to service a St. Louis pharmaceutical client.  The ideal candidate will possess an enterprenurial attitude and passion for process improvement.  If this is you, read further about this unique opportunity.

Job Purpose:

Serves client needs by delivering and evaluating services at a client location; supports staff and manages client projects. 

Duties:

* Provides site leadership to other staff consultants, single point of contact for the account while on site.

* Manages multiple projects within a portfolio and interacts with other portfolio and project managers.  Situations may be highly ambiguous and stressful person is expectated to handle these situations effectively.

* Supports technical teams developing manufacturing processes to enable clinical trials and commercial ramp up.

* Achieves client services operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.* Resolves issues by obtaining and coordinating reaction among consultants and client staff.* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

* Accomplishes client objectives by completing related results as needed.

 

Skills/Qualifications:

- Requires Bachelor's degree (preferably in sciences or business) or equivalent job experience.  - PMP certification a plus- Minimum 5 years experience in the life sciences industry.- Able to manage multiple project requirements within highly ambiguous and stressful situations.- Highly skilled in team dynamics, coaching, negotiation, facilitation and other soft skills necessary to foster team effectiveness.- Ability to quickly and efficiently adjust to new systems and process at client sites with minimal direction- Knowledgeable about finance and accounting principles- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Extensive experience developing high quality presentations- Proficient with Visio, Project, Powerpoint, Word, and Excel
