Senior Compensation Specialist

Apply now for our Sr. Compensation Specialist role reporting to the Sr. Director of Compensation. The Sr. Compensation Specialist will develop creative, broad-based compensation programs and policies by utilizing knowledge of business objectives, compensation principles, methods, best practices, and government regulations. This position will lead implementations of new programs and policies across business groups; recommend appropriate solutions for compensation-related issues brought forth by HR colleagues and managers. Some specifics may include to provide advice, tools, training and communications to managers and HR staff to ensure that compensation policies and programs are well understood and fully adopted; to develop spreadsheets and models for statistical analysis and decision-making; analyze compensation-related data, interpret results, and make appropriate recommendations based upon data findings; evaluate market and economic trends and develop recommendations for program enhancements or adjustments; assist in the development of annual compensation programs/policies and corresponding presentations to leadership. The Sr. Compensation Specialist will assist managers and HR staff on family/career ladder development and job design; analyze, evaluate, document and price new jobs; update existing job descriptions as needed.
