Senior Business Systems Analyst
Responsibilities:Working within the SAP Financial ERP Systems Group, the Senior Business Systems Analyst (Sr. BSA) will be responsible for providing support for the Corporate Treasury Department and will provide backup support to the Corporate Financial Consolidations Team. The Sr. BSA will partner with customers to understand their system needs as well as reporting and analytic requirements and will work with the Corporate Information Technology (CIT) team to design, develop and deploy efficient and effective solutions. This position will serve as the subject matter expert regarding SAP Treasury and FI/CO/ECCS functionality. He/she will collaborate with Treasury to analyze and evaluate existing and proposed business requirements to be addressed via integrated solutions leveraging SAP ERP applications. The Sr. BSA will coordinate SAP configuration set-up needs with the CIT SAP team and with the Financial ERP Systems team. The Sr. BSA may lead cross-functional efforts to resolve business systems issues and will ensure integration across our financial applications. This position will be responsible for ensuring audit trail supporting Sarbanes-Oxley documentation and ensuring internal controls and required workflows are in place and being met. Requirements:A minimum of five years of work experience, including at least two years of experience in a related position, is required. The candidate must have experience with SAP Treasury (TR) and Finance (FI/CO/ECCS) or other client server ERP applications. Advanced financial knowledge with exceptional analytical acumen, business foresight and problem-solving skills are imperative. This individual must have strong communication and presentation skills and demonstrated success building partnerships across organizational boundaries. The ability to interact, communicate and influence at multiple levels of the organization is required; as is the ability to thrive in a fast paced, complex and team-oriented environment. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration; emphasis in Accounting is preferred. A CPA or MBA is preferred. Prior work in a treasury department is a major plus.
