Senior Auditor - (Job Number: 0809245) DescriptionJohnson && Johnson Health Care Systems Inc., a member of Johnson && Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Piscataway, New Jersey. Johnson && Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. provides account management and customer support services to key health care customers, including hospital systems and group purchasing organizations, leading health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and government health care institutions. The company also provides contract management, logistics and supply chain functions for the major Johnson && Johnson franchises. The Senior Auditor will lead audit engagements to ensure adherence to Health Care Compliance and Government Contract Compliance requirements/contractual terms and conditions. Schedule and conduct audit work, document audit recommendations, present audit recommendations to senior management, conduct feedback sessions, track responses. Develop proactive solutions and approaches to enhancing controls in both of the above areas. The incumbent will assist in the planning and execution of Distributor, Wholesaler and Managed Care Contract Compliance audits, which includes, onsite customer visits and review of issues with all stakeholders. Additional responsibilities will also include: coordination and support requests for audits, received from Group Purchasing Organizations and other customer/business partner groups as follows: make appropriate arrangements with requestor on timing, prepare an appropriate time line for sourcing requested data, engage other departments as appropriate to participate, review accumulated data for accuracy and reasonability and finalize and close engagement. In addition will perform analytics on the MD&&D operating company rebate reserves and communicate findings with respective affiliates. Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required with a major in Accounting or Finance is strongly preferred. CPA and/or MBA is preferred. Minimum of three years related business experience is required. Audit experience is preferred. Knowledge of Health Care and Government Compliance Guidance Documents as well as the Distributor / Wholesale rebate process is a plus. Prior experience in working with data systems and ability to manipulate, analyze and organize significant amounts of data is a plus. Well developed communication, interpersonal and analytical skills and the ability to make presentations to upper management is required. A minimum of 20% domestic travel is required. Apply Now
