Senior Attorney
Responsibilities:
Senior Attorney reporting to Vice President, Legal. Responsibilities would include SEC and corporate governance compliance, including preparation and review of SEC filings and public disclosures; financing and M&A transactions; drafting and reviewing contracts such as clinical trial agreements, services agreements and material transfer agreements; providing legal advice to the Company, such as to HR on employment matters and to facilities on real estate matters; and assisting in the management of outside counsel on litigation and other special matters.Qualifications:
Approximately 4 years legal experience. Substantial experience at a major law firm representing public companies, preferably biotechnology companies, in preparing SEC filings, financings, contract negotiation and general legal advice. Experience with biotechnology license and clinical contracting a plus, but not required. Experience with compliance aspects of marketed pharmaceutical products a plus. BA or BS and JD
