Senior Administrative Assistant
Mylan is a world leader in providing consumers with an extensive line of high-quality, affordable, and effective pharmaceutical products in a variety of traditional and innovative dosage forms.Opportunity Profile: This exciting position in our Corporate Controllership will provide administrative support to our various employees within the department. The Sr. Administrative Assistant will provide advanced secretarial skills in the preparation and typing of a variety of materials. The candidate will perform moderately complex, non-standard typing or word processing; prepare agendas, PowerPoint presentations and other materials as needed for meetings or projects; establish and maintain an organized filing system for the department; schedule meetings, organize travel, maintain calendars, prepare departmental expense reports and handle e-mail; and open, date stamp and distribute departmental mail and coordinate all outgoing shipments. Qualifications: The successful candidate will possess advanced secretarial skills, excellent organizational skills and outstanding communication skills. Candidates must also have excellent interpersonal skills and be a proactive thinker. Candidates should also have strong computer skills especially with the Microsoft Office Suite. A minimum of an Associate’s Degree in a related field and a minimum of one year of related experience is required.
