As a Sales Training Manager, located at our beautiful Sunnyvale, CA campus, you will be responsible for the creation and development of content that will improve the knowledge and skills of our sales representatives. Your sales experience and understanding of surgical anatomy, terminology and the operating room environment will help you work with thought leaders within general, gynecologic, cardiac, and urologic surgery to develop training programs to present the da Vinci Surgery value proposition. You will have the opportunity to use your strong creative skills to develop curricula that will keep the sales teams focused, energized and motivated. With your background in sales training, you will have the expertise to start making an immediate impact on the success of the individuals that you will be interacting with on a daily basis.
