Sales & Marketing Senior Executive

 The Position

In order to support its rapid growth Xybion is seeking a Senior Sales and Marketing Executive. This is a key leadership position in a rapidly growing company with appropriate performance-based rewards and incentive programs to suit the high caliber individual we are looking for.

 

Responsibilities:

As a key member of the management team, this individual will be responsible for:Developing and implementing marketing and sales plans designed to achieve sales targets Delivering targeted sales revenuesCreating concepts and managing staff/consultants to create necessary marketing programs and sales materials, including brochures, websites, standard mail and email promotions, white papers Taking full responsibility to select, develop and motivate an effective sales and marketing organization through personnel selection, training, compensation, termination and reviews.

Experience required:

In order to be successful, the candidate will need:Proven track record in software sales in a Business-to Business environmentDemonstrated leadership ability in creating and managing sales and marketingExperience in selling to buyers in life sciences R&D organization. This may include prior experience in selling lab supplies, services and software to the life sciences market.Knowledge of the life science industry with emphasis on the FDA validation process
