Sales Manager - Generic Pharmaceutical Ingredients





Importer and distributor of CGMP-grade and FDA-accepted active pharmaceutical ingredients, is experiencing strong growth and seeking to expand its US operations.  This company works closely with its branch office in China and through strong relationships with cooperative manufacturer, the company is dedicated to bringing the best value to its US customers by helping them gain prompt FDA approvals for their drug products.

 

Seeking a Sales Manager with a proven track record of generating sales in an active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) to generic pharmaceutical companies.



An ideal candidate will have a BS is Science, Pharmacy, or other related field and a minimum of ten years sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry. 

 

Additional skills include:  excellent communications (verbal and written), solid organizational and strong interpersonal skills. 

 

Further requirements will include cold calling, lead generation, attendance at trade shows, etc.  Some travel will be required.



Territory is NY, NJ and PA.  Must live in NY, NJ or PA.

The positon allows the candidate to work from home.

Must have generic materials experience.
