GLC Associates is currently looking to hire a Sales Manager for their growing office in Weston, FL. The Sales Manager will spearhead client development and servicing for new and existing clients. Will provide training as well as on-going direction of account management and recruiting staff. Work with sales team to develop account penetration and strategy for key
accounts. Work with sales team to improve the quality and quantity of job orders. Personal sales contributions are expected to be 60% of the job. Drive sales and recruiting teams using personal example of excellent sales

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude and able to build loyalty
with customers, candidates and employees. Their background should include
the following: Five (5) years managing Healthcare account managers and recruiters. Seven (7) years of full life-cycle account management or recruiting for Healthcare professionals. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Dynamic personality, outgoing and aggressive. Proven ability to identify and place top tier talent. Willingness to quickly learn then support and train using the. Ability to make fair decisions that take into account client, and candidate Positive attitude
