Sales Administration Agent

We are seeking a Sales Administration Agent to join our team in Mount Olive, NJ!

 

Summary:  Responsible for providing first, second and third level customer support for customers by effectively maintaining and servicing accounts.  Functioning as liaison of internal and external customers. Responsible for the rational distribution, assignment of lot sensitive products to customers, through an analysis of sales history, forecasts, and customer's current stock levels. 

 

Job Duties:

· Answers phones and process telephone, fax or mail orders for contract & non contract customers.

· Creates sample orders, FSE and Demo product orders.

· Maintains pricing files as required.

· Maintains files that require Research Certificate Letters in accordance with regulations.

· Alerts warehouse of any special delivery requests.

· Request Proof of Delivery to insure delivery.

· Issue Return Authorizations and conduct follow-up per set procedures.

· Handle customer inquiries.

· Set up Standing Orders, generate Standing Orders daily and handle changes and early releases.

· Work with the AM's on disposition of old sequestering.

· Maintain instrument contract, implement contract changes and renewals as approved according to procedures.

· Maintain files to Ensure availability of lot sensitive product to support customer's needs.

· Compile re-forecasting information and complete customer forecast analysis.

· Work with Technical Account Specialists on customer forecast analysis, sequestering new lots and obtaining purchase orders in a timely manner.

· Work with Sales and Marketing to ensure customer forecasts are in line with actual demand.

· Perform sequestering in accordance with set procedures.

· Coordinate changes to replenishment plans as determined by actual demand or supply issues.

· Report key changes in the inventory plans.

· Help develop inventory strategies.

· Provide support to Sales Administration and Supply Chain departments.

 

Skills:Strong computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office Suite and order entry softwareWorking knowledge of forecasting, inventory planning and replenishment concepts a plusUnderstanding of supply chain conceptsDemonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and ability to multi-task



Education & Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college preferredThree to five years related experience or 3 years Stago experience Ability to read, write and speak fluent French
