Sales Account Manager

For over 30 years now, Ropack has been providing the pharmaceutical, natural product and food industries with quality packaging solutions. We have an establishment license and a site license issued by Health Canada and we are approved by the FDA for packaging. Our services include encapsulation (including DB caps for clinical trials), blister packaging (including cold form), wallet-style cards (heat-sealed), pouch filling, bottle filling. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, results oriented professional for the role of Sales Account Manager to manage our Canada and USA territory.

 Section B:

Ø  The sales account manager will be responsible for developing new sales opportunities and preserving good business relationships. With their superior sales skills, the account manager will be recommending new packaging solutions and services to the future customers in the pharmaceutical and food industries.

 Section C:

1. Present solutions to new and potential clients by offering Ropack’s products and services.

2.  Recommend and provide clients with the right solution for their business requirements for  primary and secondary packaging

3. Maintain professional and technical knowledge about new packaging products on the Canadian and American market;

Ø Packaging products

Ø   Design and packaging format

Ø   Labeling and package printing

4.  Prepare and submit business contracts and offers to new clients

5.  Meet clients and suppliers during  trade shows, events, demonstrations, etc.

6. Develop and maintain a good understanding of our products in order to demonstrate to clients the advantages of our services.

7. Responsible for follow-ups with clients in collaboration with the sales department  and maintaining communication with customers  about eventual  problems

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in sales or marketing. 5 to 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical packaging, food or cosmetics industry. Excellent communication, listening and persuasion skills.  Very good knowledge of the pharmaceutical standards (BPF/GMP’s, ISO, FDA and Health Canada), pharmaceutical packaging techniques, and products on the market.  Excellent communication, listening and persuasion skills. Personal motivation for success, creativity, and customer orientation.  Positive attitude and strong ability to negotiate and solve problems.
