The Senior Compensation Analyst will be a key member of the company’s Global Compensation team within Human Resources. The compensation team is dedicated to strengthening the company’s rewards programs to ensure they are market competitive, performance based, and contribute to business success. Initiatives are planned or under way in a number of areas, including base and variable pay, market pricing, pay structures, software-based solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading challenging projects, change initiatives, and process improvements
• Conducting reward program review, analysis, and redesign
• Applying knowledge and experience in specialty areas such as executive compensation and international compensation
• Serving in client-facing roles with key managers and organizations
• Providing global oversight of compensation processes
• Owning key component’s of the company’s compensation system Education and experience: This position require a Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study; a Master’s degree is preferred. 5 – 8 years’ experience in Human Resources is required, with a concentration in Compensation.
Key competencies to contribute in this role include:
• Strong analytical skills, including experience with financial modeling
• Advanced technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
• Experience with compensation strategy, design, and implementation
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification
• Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Oracle and Business Objects
• Responsiveness and a strong customer focus
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in managing projects of moderate to high complexity
• Initiative and the ability to work independently in a results-driven environment
• An ability to propose and implement creative solutions to business challenges.
