SAP Global Process Subject Matter Expert- Production Execution - (Job Number: 0807985) DescriptionJohnson && Johnson Health Care Systems Inc., a member of Johnson && Johnson's Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for a SAP Global Process Subject Matter Expert- Production Execution, located in Piscataway, NJ. Johnson && Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. provides account management and customer support services to key health care customers, including hospital systems and group purchasing organizations, leading health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and government health care institutions. The company also provides contract management, logistics and supply chain functions for the major Johnson && Johnson franchises. The SAP Global Process Subject Matter Expert- Production Execution will work with the franchise teams, other SME's, and franchise subject matter experts, drives global MD&&D business process standardization for Production Execution processes (Process/discrete manufacturing) such as Line Scheduling; Production Order Release/Closure; Product Serialization and Product Order Reconciliation. The incumbent will ensure business processes holistically integrate with other business processes to fully support MD&&D's worldwide manufacturing and inventory management locations. This person will need to understand capabilities of SAP and maps J&&J processes to take advantage of these. The SAP Global Process Subject Matter Expert- Production Execution will balance the needs of individual franchises with the realities of global standardization and ensure franchise requirements are incorporated into global processes. In addition, The SAP Global Process Subject Matter Expert- Production Execution will work closely with Core Model process teams to ensure conformance to blueprint, provides process knowledge to the Crossroads and Franchise teams and own master data and ensures data is standardized to support business processes. The incumbent will ensure integrity of data across business process and throughout the system and assume responsibility for identification and resolution of integration issues to ensure the solution meets integration requirements. The SAP Global Process Subject Matter Expert- Production Execution will be responsible for the following: Identifies potential work-arounds to system changes or limitations; Identifies level of effort required to successfully implement changes to business processes and user activities; SAP Configuration and Management; Defines detailed process requirements and SAP functional requirements; Validates as-is and to-be process flows; Document and configure SAP modules to meet business requirements and serves as a user-level advocate to ensure process flow and system designs reflect realities of front-line work The incumbent will validate process and system integration from a user perspective, identifies potential work-arounds to system changes or limitations, identifies level of effort required to successfully implement changes to business processes and user activities, Develops procedures and methods for unit and integration testing and prepare string, unit and validation test scripts for all business process areas in scope Performs unit, string and validation testing. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. A BS in Business, Logistics, Engineering or related field or MBA/advanced degree is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing/Quality roles within Operations/Supply Chain is required. A minimum of 3 years of Plant Planning and Execution experience is required. Experience with the following is required: Discrete and/or Process Production, Production Order Release/Closure and Batch Records Management. Experience with any of the following is preferred: Production Order Management, Product Serialization and Line Scheduling. Experience with large ERP systems is required. Experience working with SAP is preferred. Experience working in an FDA regulated environment with an emphasis on Validation && Compliance of systems and processes is preferred. Experience working remotely with business partners in a global environment is preferred. Process re-engineering experience is preferred. Experience working with multiple franchises and sectors in a highly matrixed environment is preferred. Professional Certification with CPIM, CSCP, Six Sigma Black or Green Belt is preferred. Approximately 20% of domestic travel is required for this position.
