SALES OPERATIONS ANALYST

Job title:  Sales Operations Analyst

Yrs of Experience:    Four to five years of directly related experience. At least two years of experience in the  pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is highly preferred.

 

Job Description:   Qualified candidate will create strong relationships with both internal and external customers while maintaining the highest level of customer service.  Will support the development and management of a system for entering orders into the distribution system, including customer order intake and sales order entry in to the SAP system. Will oversee the creation and maintenance of the customer database and the development of enhancements to the SAP system.  Will be responsible for developing and distributing various departmental reports.  Will be responsible for compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley documentation requirements as these relate to customer sales order processing.  Work closely with internal and external customers to identify, understand, and resolve issues regarding order processing, delivery, reporting, and customer satisfaction.  Assist in the due diligence process for new (domestic BioThrax customers) and long-term partners (international marketing representatives and distributors). Travel will be required on a limited basis. 

 

Special Skills

Required:   Analytical skills are required to critique data and respond promptly to critical issues. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Must be highly organized and detail oriented.  Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of SAP or a similar system is required. Must be able to perform duties with a sense of urgency and respond promptly and proactively to customer needs. Successful candidate will be a customer-focused, goal-oriented team player with a proven ability to lead a team in providing exceptional customer service

 

Educational

Requirement: A Bachelor's degree is required.
