Research Associate- Discovery
Duties: The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for purification, characterization, and crystallization of proteins for structural determination. The work includes developing and optimizing protein purification strategies, crystallizing proteins in the presence or absence of ligands, while contributing to small molecule discovery programs and basic research projects. Skills: Three or more years of technical experience in protein purification and characterization, with experience in a crystallography group highly preferred. Must be motivated, capable of working independently, and enjoy working in a collaborative team setting. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills also required Education: BS or MS in biochemistry, chemistry or related discipline.
