For more information about PAREXEL International visit www.PAREXEL.com Essential Functions: The primary role of this position is to support daily software builds and application releases of the IVRS operations group. The Release Engineer should work to enhance IVRS Engineering's support capabilities for the identification and resolution of UAT and production deployment issues in a timely manner. The Release Engineer is responsible for the design and development of builds, scripts, installation procedures, and systems including source code control and issue trackingDescription: 1. Deploying study assets to User Acceptance Test, and Production environments. 2. Implement Installation Qualifications for deployment of IVRS applications within the UAT and production environments3. Support the operations, engineering and validation teams with deployment problems and escalate to the appropriate group for resolution4. Complete Data Change Requests (DCRs) for IVR applications5. QC and load study data from clients. Examples include randomization and medication loads6. Assist in creating deployment standards and configurations that support automated integration points7. Adhere to ALL standard operating procedures of Perceptive Informatics.8. Adhere to FDA regulations (21 CFR Part 11, GCP). Qualifications: - B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering or computer related program- 2-3 years experience with deploying and/or supporting applications on Windows and Linux environments- Understanding of relational database concepts- 1-2 years SQL exposure within Oracle, DB2, or SQL Server (Oracle preferred)- Knowledge of and some experience with Internet technologies including HTML, JavaScript, ASP, XML.- Must be very organized and be able to multi-task- Experience working within a formal SDLC is a plus- Customer support experience is a plus- FDA 21 CFR Part 11 knowledge is preferred Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience RESPOND HERE!
