Takes patient's vital signs, treats wounds, evaluates physical condition of patient, and administers medication as required. Contacts Physician and hospital to arrange for further medical treatment, when needed. Maintains record of persons treated, and prepares accident reports and insurance forms. Develops employee programs such as health education, accident prevention, alcohol abuse counseling, curtailment of smoking and weight control regimens. Assists Physician in employee medical examinations. May be responsible for on-site drug testing. Be a key player on our team while you determine donor suitability, manage adverse events and donor deferrals, and review unsuitable test results. You will also support special donor immunization programs, where applicable. QUALIFICATIONS: You must be a graduate of a recognized educational program and currently licensed or certified in the state of IN. Current CPR certification is also a must.
