Regional Sales Manager - San Francisco

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager responsible for the team leadership of 10 sales professionals, training and coaching, performance management, efficient and effective account targeting and coverage. REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS We require at least 5+ years pharmaceutical experience, 2+ years minimum management experience and or training through the DEY Management Development Program. We are looking for a strategic thinker with the ability to put ideas into an actionable format, well developed sales leadership skills, strong business acumen and analytical ability, high level of skill in verbal and written communications as well as interpersonal relations. Ability to communicate with various levels in the organization, both internally and externally, strong presentation skills and solid understanding of financial concepts.
