Job Description Regional Sales Manager, Safety Market Division  Position Summary:Responsible for the operating profit of the region.  Manages a group of Field Sales Representatives.1.  Leads and trains employees.2.  Account management:  Develops strategies and implements plans.3.  Develops and maintains business relationship with the Customer Purchasing Department.4.  Develops new business in region.Improves regional profitability (i.e., manages costs, A/R days, transportation out billings, etc.).1.  Excellent business skills.2.  Proven leadership capabilities.3.  Advanced selling and presentation skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. At least 5 years in distribution sales and/or the Safety fieldOr an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or licensure/certification.PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:  5 years of Management experience Education: BachelorsJob Level: Manager
