The Health System Executive (HSE), represents Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics (OCD) in a corporate account selling capacity to Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN's) within their U.S. based assignment. Expert knowledge of OCD sales processes, advanced knowledge of all OCD products, the clinical laboratory and healthcare business is foundational. The position requires the ability to build strong business relationships at high levels (i.e. CEO's/CFO's) within their IDN's, develop and execute strategic plans that result in business growth that exceeds the OCD business plan. IDN Account Business Plans are expected to contain clear, concise account strategies that are supported by TAM (total available market) business potential identified by franchise. Business Plan execution is to be achieved by developing effective account teams within OCD && HCS, leading the team to accomplish strategic objectives by fulfilling their roles && responsibilities in order to influence positive business outcomes. The HSE is also expected to be the communication leader to IDN customers, the account team, && OCD management regarding business issues that impact the IDN business and relationships. The HSE is also responsible for the development of high impact proposals for customers which may require several forms of communication (PowerPoint, Excel, WORD), etc. while also accurately forecasting business opportunities up to 1 quarter with the highest percentage at 30 days out. Accuracy is measured on a monthly basis. Fiscal responsibility for expense budget (travel, customer entertainment, sponsorships, etc.) and its impact on the division's business plan is expected so that it concludes at less than 100% of expense budget. A BA/BS in business or health science is preferred. A minimum of five to ten years of sales experience is required. Laboratory diagnostics and/or medical IDN experience strongly preferred. Candidates must have experience and documented success in selling to executives in large, complex accounts. A valid drivers license and clean driving record is required. The ability to travel as necessary, which may include overnights and/or weekends, is required. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
