A Mississippi based pharmaceutical company is searching for a positive, high energy Recruiter.  This individual will be responsible for seeking out, interviewing, screening, recruiting, and setting up face to face interview times for managers. 

 

We are seeking a candidate who has the following qualifications:

 A four year college degree is REQUIRED! Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to be proactive in the achievement of goals Excellent analytical and organizational skills Impressive formal presentation High level of professional integrity Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Demonstrate professional demeanor in person and over the telephone Use of MS office, Internet and email systems a must Pharmaceutical or medical background a plus
