Receptionist Secretary

Position Description:

Receptionist/SecretaryKV Pharmaceutical seeks a Receptionist/Secretary. The successful candidate will provide primary back-up support to the corporate receptionist at the South Hanley location and assist the Vice President, Medical & Therapeutic Growth Strategy in all aspects of Corporate Growth & Strategy and Operational activities, assist various personnel with travel arrangements and general administrative requests, and handle day-to-day administrative activities in support of the department. The Receptionist/Secretary will plan, organize, prioritize and maintain executives’ schedules of activities, including scheduling internal and external appointments and making travel arrangements. Ensure that any materials needed in preparation for an appointment or trip is in order prior to occurrence of the activity. You will rganize and manage paper and electronic storage and retrieval of documents to facilitate efficient performance of executive job performance using various computer programs and Sales Logix database, provide Project Management assistance for department objectives, and create presentations to include slides, transparencies, computer printouts, and spreadsheets. Put presentation packets together for all Company executives for use in professional presentations. We are seeking an individual who can organize and coordinate trade show opportunities to include registration of personnel, hotel accommodations and packet preparation if needed, audit and code expense reports; prepare and code vouchers for review, and coordinate agenda approval process for consultant and business visits.Associate Degree in a business related field required. The successful candidate must have professional and polite telephone etiquette and have the ability to interact with various levels within the organization, both internal and external. Knowledge of international travel scheduling and project management a plus. Proofreading skills required.
