Receptionist/Administrative Support

Provide general administrative support for office staff as needed including but not limited to filing, typing, collating, preparing mailings, proof reading, etc. Support record keeping processes and travel scheduling as requested. Strong communication skills and positive attitude. Purchase and manage general office and shipping supplies including special event items. Competency in VOIP telephones service, copiers, printers and other office equipment as needed including point of contact for vendors and requesting service calls. Responsible for updating contact lists and directories. Basic training and learning of portfolio products. Associate or Bachelors degree preferred.Competent in Microsoft Office Suite required, Ability to work independently, multi task and manage time effectively. Interpersonal, organizational and effective communication skills required. Strives to improve knowledge, skills and capabilities.
