Quality Assurance Lead
A food and pharmaceutical company located in the Charlotte, NC area is looking for a Quality Assurance Leader to lead their QA team. The Quality Assurance Leader would be responsible for ensuring documented compliance to all applicable regulatory standards via review, maintenance and/or disposition of all technical documentation. The Team Leader performs a wide variety of tasks, but is primarily responsible for staffing and documented approval/disposition of final, intermediate and raw material products. Strict attention to detail and familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures is required. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required. Daily activities include extensive use of a personal computer.The Ideal candidate would have worked for 3 years in the Quality Assurance department of a Pharmaceutical, Food, or Medical Device manufacturing facility handling consumer complaints, performing cleaning and process validation, writing manufacturing instructions, and reviewing batch records. This candidate would have also shown leadership skills while handling all of the above tasks.Requirements:Four-year scientific/technical degree, 3 years of strict Quality Assurance experience in a Pharmaceutical, Food, or Medical Device manufacturing environment (This is to ensure sound judgment and performance.)
