Its products include prenatal vitamins, as well as prescription yeast infection treatment.(3) A third unit makes specialty ingredients used in drugs, nutritionals, and food, among other products.The company is a high growth organization with year-over-year net sales of 35.7% to over $600 million for Fiscal Year 2008 and is based in the Midwest. Other opportunities include high level QC position - must have metrology; Clinical Study Manager, Clinical Outsourcing Director, Project Manager, Quality Assurance Operations Director, Associate Director Clinical Studies. Requirements: As the Training Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement a formal training program from the ground up. You will establish a library of training videos and other multi-media and redefine all current procedures to focus on the needs of KV and establish a system to evaluate and document training. You will complete a GAP analysis in regard to company objectives for the department, the formal analysis having already been performed by an outside consultant. This information will be your starting point! Within six to nine months, you will have a vision together for this program and implement within two to three years. Qualified candidates must have the following: - BA, Chemistry - 5-7 years as a bench chemist/analyst - 3 years with development and administration of training - Knowledge of instrumentation: GC, HPLC, Dissolution, IR, UV-vis, AA - Experience writing and training on SOPsIf you or someone you know would be an outstanding candidate for this world-class opportunity, send us your resume (preferably in MS Word) describing your skills, experience and motivations.
