QC Manager (Raw Materials)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:* Provide direction for all laboratory operations to allow for increased efficiency for the analytical staff. * Develop functional processes for area managed. * Interface with senior management to report on project and program milestones and to present project needs. * Direct the activities of resources, both internal and outside contractors/vendors, with similar technical or functional responsibilities. * Responsible for the design, implementation and administration of validation strategy for new and existing equipment. * Provide leadership, guidance, direction and decision support to employees involved in equipment validation. * Actively involved in efforts to improve performance in API's and develop solutions to enhance reporting capabilities. Must have a BS degree (advanced degree preferred) with 10+ years of related pharamceutical experience including 5+ years in a management role.
