QA Specialist
Bio-Concept Laboratories, Inc. is a pharmaceutical and ophthalmic product development company expanding operations in Salem, NH. We currently have an opening for a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist.
This position is responsible for the review and approval of validation protocols, executed batch records, manufacturing processes, laboratory tests, deviations and investigations. The individual will identify issues related to operations or testing that may affect the quality, safety, purity, or efficacy of drug substances or products and suggest a corrective action plan. This person will write, revise, and approve SOPs and scientific reports.
The successful candidate will unitize technical training and demonstrate a sound knowledge in a sterile fill-finish manufacturing operation and QC testing to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance with cGMP requirements.
BS in Chemistry/Biology or related field with 2 years experience working in a cGMP regulated sterile fill-finish pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Strong technical writing skills are highly preferred. A strong, established background in Quality Assurance is required
