QA Analyst/Global Complaint Reviewer
Outstanding career opportunity for Quality Assurance Medical Technologist with a world-class medical device manufacturer in Upstate New York! Import and review closed customer complaint records sent by company affiliates to assure the complaint files contain the appropriate information to satisfy requirements of established company complaint handling processes and procedures. Responsible for proper evaluation, processing and documentation of complaints and inquiries classified as potential health and safety issues and/or adverse events to assure that complaint escalation occurs according to established policies, procedures and company established SOP's. Assign appropriate call classification codes to the complaints as required, and act as a liaison between the affiliate to assure the complaints are received, processed and closed in a timely manner. Act as a customer advocate to represent customer needs internally. Assure issues are identified by customers are appropriately addressed. BS minimum in Medical Technology, Biology or Clinical Chemistry required. MT-ASCP certification preferred. Two years minimum relevant clinical laboratory experience in the areas of Clinical Chemistry, Immunology, and/or Blood Banking required. Strong background with cGMP, QSR, documentation and SOP processes preferred. Must possess excellent communication, instructional and listening skills, along with a keen customer focus and strong problem solving and decision-making skills. In addition, the candidate must possess technical knowledge of products supported, and thorough knowledge of customer processes and key customer requirements. In-depth understanding of the organization and able to demonstrate personal awareness of company and its people to achieve desired results is also required. Experience with VITROS (Ektachem) 250/550/750/950 Clinical Chemistry Systems and VITROS ECi and Fusion 5,1 Immunodiagnostic Analyzers is highly desired.Kelly Scientific Resources® has grown into a $200 million global business as the scientific business unit of Kelly Services.
