As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of project administration and data coordination for multiple large-scale, Internet-based outcomes studies. Based on experience and advanced project management skills, PMs will be placed on projects that are of significant revenue importance and/or have a high degree of complexity (i.e., breadth and/or depth of scope in client requirements). Â

Responsibilities: Act as customer advocate throughout the project lifecycle Understand the contractual obligations to each client and ensure those responsibilities are met (with the goal to exceed those expectations) Understand and support global project goals including site recruitment, patient recruitment, marketing and PR, as appropriate Manage customer requirements definition and work with the Product Management group to ensure these requirements are properly documented
·        Guide client through configuration and customization decisions
·        Identify and implement strategic opportunities to enhance and improve the project (e.g., site retention activities)
·        Work closely with the Development and Quality Control resources during the development and testing phases of the project, answering questions and clarifying requirements
·        Adhere to internal change management processes
·        Provide the Site Management team with the information and tools needed to ensure their ability to support the program both initially and throughout the project duration
·        Serve as the liaison between the clients and internal team to ensure project-specific information and ongoing updates are proactively communicated
·        Attend off-site meetings and conferences, as needed

Requirements:
·        Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s degree and equivalent experience
·        4 or more years of Project Management experience in Clinical setting. Preferably in the health care, medical research or technology setting
·        Demonstrated success in Project Management
·        Candidates must have excellent communication, client service, interpersonal and organizational skills and the proven ability to independently manage large-scale projects
·        The ability to learn quickly, multi-task and prioritize are essential
·        Must be proficient in MS Office applications
·        Must have excellent writing skills, a writing sample must be provided.
