Project Manager Work Location: Addison, TXShifts: Not ApplicablePositions Available: 1Position Summary EXTERNAL CANDIDATES MUST INCLUDE CURRENT AND DESIRED SALARY.Outstanding opportunity for a strong Project Manager with experience managing enterprise software application projects. You will be responsible for a very important enterprise project for this excellent company. You will be responsible for wearing many hats while managing this project including requirements, analysis, project plan development, and project implementation. You must perform a full life cycle projects from start to finish. This includes a great deal of client / customer interface. You will work with all levels including C level executives. You will also coordinate work done by the development, database and architecture groups. Perform all aspects of the project management functions within the ABSG corporate IT division. Provides single point of accountability for all aspects of assigned initiatives. This position is the cog between information technology and business stakeholders translating and executing business needs to technology solutions. Maintains focus on goals and objectives of assigned initiatives including such factors as revenue, cost, internal/external impact, timing, issues tracking, resource and risk management. Primary Duties and Responsibilities 1. Liaison between users, customers, and stake holders and systems supported by Information Technology for all ABSG divisions2. Identify and secure team members and project resources3. Achieve consensus on project objectives and scope4. Provide leadership, guidance and adherence to the ABSG project management and SDLC5. Requirements, use case, and functional specification definition 6. Provide change control for scope revisions7. Resolve resource conflicts and constraints8. Create, maintain, and regularly communicate the project plan and its progress including:· Tasks· Task assignments· Timelines· Milestones· Dependencies· Outstanding issues9. Provide regular status reporting10. Conduct post-implementation review, comparing objectives to results11. Maintain costs within defined budgeted guidelines; track and report progress as part of regular status reporting12. Direct internal resources, contractors, external vendors on assigned projects· Computer and telecommunications services and equipment· Third party software, processing and services· Human resourcesFull Life Cycle Project Management experience is required. Software Project Management is requiredPMP Certification is required. Must be open to all duties and open to wearing multiple hats from Requirements Analysis to Project Delivery ( non rigid and flexible ) Get the job done attitude is required - you must truly drive projects from start to completion Financial Systems Experience highly preferred Healthcare Industry a plus .NET Software Project experience a plus. Experience and Education Requirements Requires some training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires a minimum of four (4) to six (6) years directly related and progressively responsible experience. Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements Minimum five (5) years of experience managing information systems projects on a large scale. PMP Certification required. Pharmacy or distribution experience preferred. Must be able to interact with all levels of management and associates. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment without constant supervision to meet set goals. Pharmacy, nursing, or manufacturing programs experience or background preferred. Flow or process automation experience preferred. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail (must). Excellent Communication Skills: writing, editing, and presenting (must). Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills.
