This position is responsible for providing project controls support for the Plant Process Systems team in its implementation of all projects (capital and other) for the BIO Pharmaceutical Development (PD)/Marketed Product Support (MPS) pilot plants in Spring House (equipment and facility) and all "Lab to Plant" projects for all of BIO PD/MPS. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Specifically, the Project Controls Administrator, will have responsibility for the following:· Develop and provide project schedule and budget support for all capital or expense projects within the Plant Process Systems group· Act as interface between vendors and project engineers on the development of all project proposals leading to projects.· Manage vendor relationships, including establishment of Confidentiality Agreements, Master Service Agreements, and contracts· Develop and provide periodic project report structure for cost, schedule, and scope.· Working with the BIO R&&D Process Excellence group, use PE and related approaches to identify improvements to project execution process. The ideal candidate will possess a B.S. degree with at least 3 years of project experience or equivalent work experience of 8 yrs of more in a pharmaceutical industry setting. Direct experience in project administration is essential. Experience with MS Office suite is essential (including MS Project and Visio). Experience in Process Excellence methodology is desirable, but not required. Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to influence individuals and teams at all levels is critical.
