As a Project Assistant, you will assist in enabling the project team to efficiently satisfy all client requirements along with providing the Project Team with Administrative support.

Responsibilities:
§        Provide administrative support to Project Management team.Â
§        Assist with producing and creating conference collateral
§        Compose proof and edit correspondence including memos, letters, proposals and reports.
§        Perform budget-related tasks and assist with out-bound payments
§        Create and maintain reference document management systems(filing).
§        Draft meeting minutes and maintain contact management system
§        Support internal and external meeting planning and logistics, including travel arrangements
§        Carry out general administrative duties, including answering phones, faxing, copying, routing mail, setting up and breaking down meeting rooms, preparing and binding proposals, etc.
§        Assist with project-related needs as they arise (e.g., special function planning, function attendance and on-site coordination, market research projects, direct mail campaigns, etc.)
§        Maintain effective office procedures and efficient work flows; establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with superiors, coworkers, clients and vendors many of which are internationally based.Â

§        Bachelor’s degree
Â
§        Strong administrative skills
Â
§        Proficiency with technological tools and data management systems, especially email/scheduling, calendaring and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Â
§        Outstanding interpersonal skills, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively, detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Â
§        Must have the capability of prioritizing multiple competing tasks
 Must be able to communicate well both verbally and in writing with internal and external clients.
