Programmer Analyst - Clarify / Knova (2007010)

Other duties include application support, troubleshooting and analysis.  This position will work independently, as well as have regular interface with Analysts, Testers and Users.Required SkillsQualified applicants will have: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems (MIS), or related technical field, or professional experience 4+ years of experience in: Amdocs Clarify CRM thick client Clear Support and eSupport applications. 4+ years experience in programming languages and tools: UIEditor, DDEditor, DDComp, DataEx tools, Clear Basic/Cbbatch, Clarify Business Objects, Visual Basic, MS Sql Server, Transact-SQL, HTML/ASP Windows, Java, Javascript, XML, SXL, JDBC, SOAP, VTL Optional: Knova, Apache Tomcat, Webmethods Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and accurately Excellent communication skills Ability to interact with users of the system as well as work with a high performing technical team.Cegedim Dendrite is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to workforce diversity.
