At our headquarters in St. Louis (Earth City) we are looking for a Programmer Analyst to assist in the design, development and maintenance of the company's enterprise Custom Developed Applications primarily for .NET environments. In this position you will work on the full project life cycle: requirements gathering, design, development, and implementation in addition to providing production support of intranet applications and creating full life cycle documentation. The Programmer Analyst will play an active role in the design and development of our corporate wide systems in addition to working with our internal customers. Additional responsibilities in this position include:· Designs and writes code to enhance new and existing moderate to complex applications.· Provides application support for moderate to complex existing applications.· Creates and executes test plans.· A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Evaluate work load and business impact and determine priorities with minimal assistance from management.· Provide consultation on complex projects.· Regularly provides guidance to less experienced programmer analysts. Position qualifications include: Associates Degree or Technical Training, Bachelors Degree preferred 2 - 5 years of experience in development/programming and analysis Experience with JavaScript, ASP.NET, VB.NET, Visual Studio.NET, SDLC, SQL, DTS, Crystal Reports, and MS SQL Server and Oracle relational database management systems is required. Exposure to MS Windows Forms and C# is desirable.
