Production/Encapsulation Manager

NBTY, a South Plainfield-based manufacturer of nutritional supplements is currently seeking a detail oriented individual to manage its Encapsulation department.

Qualified applicants must have a minimum of 5 years encapsulation manufacturing and supervisory experience. Responsibilities will encompass all functions relating to manufacturing in the encapsulation dept.

Candidates will also be expected to demonstrate an excellent management background, which includes experience in the selection and direction of subordinates, coupled with very strong, communication skills in dealing with peers, superiors and subordinates. Candidates should also be well organized with excellent written and computer documentation skills.
