Visit us at www.bio-rad.com Develops and delivers technical training, conducts system performance and metrics analysis, specifies service and PM parts and tools, and is USSD liaison to manufacturing and R&D units for assigned products. Helps develop, provides input, and reviews service manuals, processes and procedures. Education: AS Electronics Technology or military equivalent. Five years minimum field service experience, some experience directly supporting other Field Service Engineers. Some experience with FDA QSR and/or ISO 13485 highly desirable. High level of analytical problem solving and systemic troubleshooting. High level of verbal and written communication skills. Good working knowledge of Excel, Word & PowerPoint. Excellent "people" relationships, and the ability to "get things done" from a staff level position.
