Bayer Animal Health operates in more than 100 countries worldwide and is wholly part of Bayer Group internationally.Bayer is seeking an individual to perform the following duties:Incumbent is responsible for achievement of sales and profit goals for a defined segment of Bayer's product line. The position involves planning and management of marketing, advertising, promotion and public relation functions for the assigned products. Principal focus is on implementation of marketing strategy and tactics, integrating the commercial and technical aspects of marketing planning and working closely with the Sales and Veterinary Services Department in execution of the strategy.• B.S./B.A. degree in business or scientific discipline with strong technical background• Minimum of 8-10 years of previous sales & marketing experience in the animal health industry• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Good interpersonal and influence skills• Ability to work with a wide range of people at various levels within the organization• Good problem-solving, time management decision-making and organizational skills• Experience using spreadsheets, word processing, databases, and Lotus Notes• Experience in strategic marketing is desirableExcellent company benefits package.
