Product Manager - Medical

A leading international Medical Device company is looking for an experienced Director of Marketing/Product Manager located in their New Haven, CT facility.  Successful candidates will have: Â§ At least 5-10 years experience within a Pharmaceutical company or related healthcare field.§ 3-5 years product management experience required§ CNS and Sales marketing experience preferred§ Experience in the devices/diagnostics industry a plus§ Must have interest in entrepreneurial business environment§ Responsible for building the team as needed which may include supervisory duties§ Participate in overall product strategy, research and development for new and emerging products.§ Manage day to day progress of products§ Conducts marketing analysis to develop product definitions§ Collaborates with areas such as sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing and operations§ Conducts market research, identify and track market trends. Company is looking for an entrepreneur who is very dynamic and works well under pressure.  Type “Aâ€� candidates will thrive and excel with this growing company and will be given the opportunity to be highly visible and recognized for your efforts.  You need to be very creative, resourceful, have high energy and be able to hit the ground running!  Great time to join this rapidly expanding company and get in on the ground floor.
