Ethicon, Inc.- Develops and markets products within three divisions: Ethicon Products Worldwide for wound closure and tissue repair; Johnson && Johnson Wound Management with biosurgical technologies to manage intra-operative bleeding and postoperative leaking, as well as advanced wound care products; and Ethicon Women's Health && Urology with minimally invasive gynecological and urological solutions in stress urinary incontinence, pelvic floor repair and uterine disorders. The Part-time Product Lifecycle Management Systems (PLM) Administrator will provide administrative support for the development, enhancement and maintenance of all franchise Quality and Regulatory Affairs (QA/RA) Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) applications, including but not limited to; Ethicon Change Control System, Agile Change Management System, Global Change Management System, Non-Conformance Reporting System, Training Management Software (Compliancewire), Global Audit Management, Supplier Quality Management, Complaint Management System (Remetrex), Cognos Matrix Management and Lighthouse. The Part-time Systems Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Administrator will be responsible for the following: Provide administrative support of multiple QA/RA PLM applications and associated processes; Update and maintain system menu options; Support system upgrades including functional process changes, additions, deletions etc.; Maintain user databases, access and profiles; Support the development of, and directly maintain and update, associated procedures and documents; Perform required password resets; Perform system troubleshooting and escalate issues for resolution as necessary; Support associated validation/verification activities and Support internal and external audits, as deemed necessary. In addition, The Part-time Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Systems Administrator will assist in developing instructional training guides for users, assist in the performance of process and system training, support the data collection and generation of monthly reports, support cross-functional linked teams to address business or system issues and perform Project Management tasks. This is a casual part-time position and will require the incumbent to work 19.5 hours per week. The incumbent will be required to work a full day on Monday and Tuesday and a half-day on Wednesday morning. A minimum of an Associate's Degree and/or 1 year of systems administration experience working with systems in business, science, or technology are required. This is a Casual Part-time position that requires a 19.5-hour workweek. This position requires that the employee work a full day every Monday and Tuesday and a half-day on Wednesday morning. Experience working with Quality or in a Quality environment is preferred. Experience working in a FDA-regulated or equivalent environment is preferred.
