The Process Control Engineer will support operations, maintain the process control and building automation systems and work on process improvement projects. You will have the opportunity to own various projects and systems in a dynamic work environment. If you are motivated for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we would like to assist in determining if this opportunity or many of our other searches match with your expectations, background and experience. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Design, develop, and troubleshoot software for PLCs, SCADA systems, data historians, servers, and control networks Work with vendors to assess product applicability to HGS’ projects or procurements Provide technical guidance to establish specifications, operational parameters and procedures for production and policy systems Generate and support system life-cycle documentation for automated control systems, such as, Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS), System Detailed Design Specifications (SDDS) Provide global technical, 24hr 7-day coverage for manufacturing and laboratory buildingsRequired Skills, Experience and Keys to Success BS in CS, EE, or Chemical Engineering preferred 3 years of automated control systems design, development, maintenance and/or computer validation experience Preferred to have strong Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) knowledge. Control system package experience; Allen-Bradley PLCs, Siemens Apogee systems, Wonderware, Intellution, Emerson DeltaV Experience with process control/automation systems, in the biotechnology, bulk pharmaceutical or bulk chemical industry is also preferred  MRINetwork, one of the world's largest search and recruitment organizations, has over 1,000 offices in more than 35 countries.
