Principal Molecular and Cell Biology Scientist

Lancaster Laboratories has an outstanding opportunity for M.S./Ph.D. level Principal Scientist to join our Molecular and Cell Biology Services group.
Principal Scientist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: development, validation, and execution of cell-based assays, ELISA-based assays, as well as other molecular and biochemical tests. Experience with cell-based assay development, validation, and data interpretation is required. All work is performed in a GMP environment.
The ideal candidate would be responsible for working in a team environment to establish a wide range of new service offerings in our cell and molecular biology test areas as well as performing a wide range of assays to support current client projects. The position provides excellent opportunities for growth and development in a growing and expanding group within a stable successful company. The position also offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of assays and biopharmaceutical compounds.
M.S./Ph.D. in molecular and cell biology, biology, or other related science degree preferred. Previous industry experience desired.
