Pharmaceutical Sample Distribution Planner (SDP) CONTRACT - Long Term - 18 monthsPosition would be based in Colonial Heights, VA, near Richmond, VA. Key processes and deliverables of this position are as follows: In an environment of increasing demand for distribution planning and execution, a more focused, consistent and standardized approach is needed to ensure that all customer requirements and distribution operations SOPs are effectively met. The SDP will have functional responsibilities for all distribution planning activities regarding Sample and Sample Fulfillment activities within the Sample Distribution Network and is expected to provide a very effective and focused approach to the challenge. The SDP will be the US Demand & Distributions key interface with Sample and Sample Fulfillment customers and play a pivotal role in establishing, supporting, and executing the distribution operations strategies in accordance with the established customer service level agreements. The SDP will manage and support all compliance activities to ensure all company, Federal, State and Regulatory requirements are met. The SDP will provide a leadership role to the site operations and is expected to contribute to establishing overall distribution planning and inventory management processes and will be accountable for developing realistic and effective distribution plans.
