Pharma/Biotech Analyst

Tegra Analytics is seeking a reliable person to join our successful company, which provides analytical, statistical, programming and application development services to the pharmaceutical industry. Tegra has been in business for over six years – we are very excited about our future. We are a small growing company looking for a person to be a part of our foundation of experts. The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes: analytical mind, solid work ethic, quick thinking and hard working. Experience with pharmaceutical sales and marketing data such as IMS DDD and IMS Xponent/NGPS is very important. Advanced experience with Excel required and VBA programming experience ideal. Bachelor of Science degree in statistics or related field preferred. We require the candidate to work efficiently and expect dedication and respect to Tegra, our clients, and each other. We are looking for someone interested in the ultimate success of Tegra. The position requires travel 3-5 days per week to Southeastern PA and/or Central NJ. Primary responsibilities involve incentive compensation design and implementation, sales force analysis and reporting. Pay Benefits: $60,000 +/- salary based on experience (2 -3 years preferred). We offer full medical insurance, time off for holidays and an additional 15 days of personal time (to be used for vacation or illness). After twelve months of employment at Tegra, you will be enrolled in an employer-sponsored retirement package where Tegra will pay an additional 12% (above salary) of your pay to a retirement plan that we set up for you. You will receive 100% of the money contributed to the retirement plan by Tegra from the day you are enrolled. Our offices are located in Doylestown, PA and Columbia, SC.
