The Therapeutics Institute (TTI) is presently seeking experienced Registered Nurse to conduct peer-to-peer product demonstrations and training sessions. The position will conduct in-servicing for needles on an assignment basis, provide training support in key client hospital and teaching facility accounts.

 

Responsibilities:

The On Call Specialist will serve as a resource to the hospital and teaching facility need for clinical support in the utilization of the product.

· Work on an “as needed� basis.

· Provide post-sale education and demonstration to customers on the product operation and use of products.

· Conduct post-sale in-service education session in customer’s facilities.

· Perform post-sale troubleshooting and retraining activities on behalf of the Client.

· Maintain product and technical knowledge in areas appropriate to the products represented and for uses consistent with product labeling.

· Attend and successfully pass assigned training programs.

· Provide field written reports, documentation and written feedback.

Requirements:

· RN/BSN with active license

· Minimum of 5 years clinical/hospital based history with Surgical, Critical Care, ICU, Oncology., or other direct patient care/infusion experiences.

· Peer training experience or clinical leadership role in the healthcare setting.

· Ability to prepare and deliver product demonstrations and training material to clinical and healthcare audiences.

· Excellent presentation/platform skills

· Ability to travel (out of state) and accept assignments that may average 3-4 days of on-site training in targeted hospital accounts (candidates are required to commit to 2 assignments a month).

· Excellent organizational skills.
