Position Description

Verilogue is seeking a self-motivated Physician Panel Manager who will manage all aspects of physician participation on Verilogues unique medical marketing research protocols. Specifically, the Physician Panel Manager will be responsible for:Recruiting and accurately gathering information for hundreds of Physicians across multiple panels by therapeutic classEnsuring timely and accurate delivery of physician materials to allow for study participationBuilding and maintaining excellent physician relationships through frequent and timely communications via phone, email, and faxResponding to any questions or problems from participating or recruited physiciansEnsuring that physicians are providing timely and accurate data Interacting with internal Verilogue Client Services personnel to enable the delivery of superior products and services to our clients

 

Position Requirements2+ years experience managing complex processes or events Strong oral and written communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to prioritize and oversee complex processes Strong organizational and relationship building skills History of interacting with medical professionals a plus Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry or specific health-related conditions preferred, but not required Minimum four (4) year degree requiredStrong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
