PRODUCT MANAGER - CLASS III IMPLANTIBLES- INNOVATIVE DIVISION OF MAJOR MEDICAL DEVICE CORPORATION IS SEEKING A HIGH ENERGY LEADER TO MANAGE AN EMERGING KEY RANGE OF NEW PRODUCTS - THE COMPANY HAS FULL RANGE OF BENEFITS INCLUDING BOTH A PENSION PLAN AND 401K.Description:This position reports to the Senior Product Manager  and is responsible for leading marketing efforts on the product line with regard to product, programs, policies and processes. Duties Include:• Tactical and strategic business planning and implementation.• Participating on or leading Project Teams.• Forecasting sales volumes and financial budgets.• Preparing and delivering presentations to surgeons and Sales/Division management.• Developing sales tools.• Building customer relationships.• Developing market and business plans.• Developing all aspects of product management responsibilities.• Identifying business opportunities for growth.• Special projects as assigned. Minimum Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree.  MBA preferred• 2-5 years’ marketing and/or sales experience required with a minimum of 2 years’ product management experience.• Experience working on new product development initiatives.• Experience with clinical and animal research preferred.• Excellent written and oral communication skills.• Demonstrated scientific/technical acumen.• Superior presentation skills. • Ability to support field sales force as clinical and technical expert.• Leadership capabilities.  • Ability to work as a strong team contributor.
