Order Management / CSROur Pharmaceutical client in Somerset County, NJ is seeking a dynamic individual to provide leadership and direction in the healthcare industry / logistics field for their sales and service department. Primary Responsibilities: Provide leadership with the Logistics operation management team. Responsible for understand and converting a qualified order to achieve goals and objectives including, revenue, profitability, cash flow, on time delivery, quality and other functional business aims Order Management within the SAP system Accountable  for maintaining our 24 hour window on orders to ensure order entry and accuracy of the order. Monitor and maintain backlogs and ensure they are shipped in a timely manner. Metrics support and accountability for the measurement and continuous improvement of business processes internal and external. Collaborates with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate rapid growth objectives.
