Johnson && Johnson Consumer Products Company a Division of Johnson && Johnson Consumer Companies, Inc. is seeking an Operations Analyst - Consumer Care Center. This individual will drive compliance within the J&&J Consumer Care Center by ensuring accuracy of consumer contacts and adherence to SOP's and governing regulations. This individual will oversee the "Level II Agent" team at the outsourced vendor, adverse event collection, and claims management. This individual will ensure that important consumer issues and trends are surfaced to the appropriate business partners and will interact with the internal J&&J medical teams to identify clinical and medical responses needed for Health Care Providers. The Operations Analyst - Consumer Care Center will partner with the training team to identify areas of improvement by reviewing medical coding, call monitoring, and adverse event data collection at the vendor. This candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelors degree or Healthcare Professional License (LPN, RN, Pharmacist). Experience with Customer Service, Contact Center Operations, Consumer Products, and/or 3 rd Party Vendor is preferred. Project Management experience is preferred. This candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office. Understanding of regulatory policies and guidelines for all classifications of supported products is highly preferred. Ability to review medical information and understand medical terminology is required. This candidate will have a strong analytical background and comfortable with database analytics and query tools. This candidate will be driven by innovation, process improvements and working in a team environment, while demonstrating leadership. The ability to manage timelines and complexity is essential. Collaboration and inter dependent partnering skills are also required. Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization is also required. This candidate will be required to travel 30% of the time regionally and is based out of Skillman, NJ.
